These products are provided by yohaku. By purchasing from yohaku.dev, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• “Theme” refers to the Astro-based website template files we provide, including but not limited to: Astro components (.astro files), TypeScript/JavaScript code, HTML templates, CSS/SCSS stylesheets, images, fonts, configuration files, and associated documentation.
• “End Product” means any website or web application created using the Theme, whether modified or unmodified.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a theme from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme according to your purchased license type (Personal or Agency).

3. License Types

Personal License

The Personal License allows you to:

• Use the theme for one (1) project only
• Use for personal or in-house projects
• Modify and customize the theme to fit your needs
• Use the theme for your own company or organization

The Personal License does not permit:

• Client work (commissioned production or agency work)
• Use in more than one project

Agency License

The Agency License allows you to:

• Use the theme for up to three (3) projects
• Create end products for clients (freelancers and agencies)
• Modify and customize the theme to fit your needs
• Use for client work by production companies or freelancers

4. Restrictions

Regardless of license type, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the theme in any form
• Share your license with others or transfer it to another person
• Create derivative themes for sale or distribution
• Use the theme in a product that is resold or redistributed
• Claim the theme as your own work
• Use the theme, its code, or design assets for AI training, machine learning, or model development
• Create products or services that compete with our business

5. Updates and Support

Theme purchases include access to the latest version and update notifications. Support is limited to individual purchaser inquiries regarding installation and basic usage. Custom development work is not included.

In the event that we discontinue the theme or cease business operations, you will retain the right to use the most recent version of the theme under your purchased license.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after the theme files have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the theme, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

7. Liability

The themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our themes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
